Why programmer should use default BING instead of GOOGLE search engine?

If we search most popular search engines in Google, what we found are

List of Top 10 Most Popular Search Engines In the World (Updated 2017)

1. Google.
2. Bing.
3. Yahoo.
4. Ask.com.
5. AOL.com.
6. Baidu.
7. Wolframalpha.
8. DuckDuckGo.
