All database backup in SQL server script

SQL server syntax  to create backup file of all databases.
Step 1: Open SQL server management studio
Step 2: Click on New Query, Select master database
Step 3: Copy and pest following script, and Execute query.

DECLARE @fileName VARCHAR(256) -- filename for backup
DECLARE @fileDate VARCHAR(20) -- used for file name
